March Madness Schedule

The 2025 March Madness tournament always starts with Selection Sunday, this year coming on March 16th. 68 teams participate in the 2025 Men’s NCAA tournament with an four play-in matchups beginning on March 18th. The full tournament schedule is below:

• Selection Sunday: 6 p.m. ET Sunday, March 16

• First Four: March 18-19

• First round: March 20-21 - Open early Friday 3/21 for lunch and games!

• Second round: March 22-23

• Sweet 16: March 27-28 - Open early Friday 3/28 for lunch and games!

• Elite Eight: March 29-30

• Final Four: April 5 

• NCAA championship game: April 7
